Receive and check your product

After receiving the defective products fed back by the market, check whether there is any damage. If there is no damage, send evidence to our mailbox to explain the phenomenon and quantity, so as to obtain appropriate solutions.

Just fill in your name, email address, order ID and the corresponding phenomenon and quantity of defective products in the form and send them back to us via email.

Check and confirm

Check the defective products you received, classify them and send photos and videos to our email address for feedback. After receiving your information, we will arrange professional customer service to deal with the problem as soon as possible until you are satisfied.
